Common questions

Does the price include future updates?

Yes. £3.99 unlocks everything that exists now and everything we add in the future. If we add new circuits, new chassis, or new expression types, they are included at no extra cost.

What happens if I reinstall the app?

Your purchase is tied to your account, not your device. Sign in and everything will be unlocked automatically. On iOS, you can also use the Restore purchase link if needed.

Can I use the same purchase on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in on any device — web, iOS, or Android — and your full game access and progress will be there.

My child wants to buy it. Is that straightforward?

On iOS, a purchase requires Face ID, Touch ID, or the Apple ID password — so parental approval is built in if the device is set up that way. On Android, Google Play Family Library lets you share purchases. On the web, a card payment is required.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not made substantial use of the full game content. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded directly through Apple and Google. Web purchases are refunded by us directly. See the full refund policy for details →

Is there a family or multi-device licence?

Not currently. One purchase covers one account across all devices. If you have more than one child, each would need their own account and purchase. School licences cover unlimited students — they may be more cost-effective for larger groups.

Does the school licence include the teacher?

Yes. Any email address on your school's registered domain gets full access — teachers and students alike.

What happens to student progress when a school licence expires?

Students revert to the free Linear Cup trial. All their progress, Voltage Points, and garage customisations are preserved — they just cannot start new races in the Quadratic Grand Prix or Cubic Championship until the licence is renewed.
